Working with me

In this video, I introduce myself and briefly discuss my integrative, evidence-based approach to therapy and how I work with clients to find relief, clarity, and deeper connection. Psychotherapy 

With a holistic approach to wellbeing, I support clients in creating meaningful and lasting change. Grounded in a trauma-informed perspective, my work honours the ways overwhelming experiences shape our thoughts, feelings, and capacity for relating. Within the safety of the therapeutic relationship, you are invited to build new skills and strengthen your emotional wellbeing so that you can face life on life's terms. My intention is to guide you toward trusting your authenticity, help you reconnect with yourself, and create space for the life you seek to live.

Group Therapy 

Group therapy offers a unique environment for healing, insight, and transformation. By sharing space with others, members step into a living laboratory where patterns of relating become visible, authenticity is encouraged, and the experience of being witnessed can soften long-held beliefs about oneself. Through honest dialogue and mutual support, participants come to recognise that their struggles are deeply human, and new possibilities for connection begin to emerge.

The group process invites emotional expression, accountability, and a deeper understanding of how relational systems continue to shape current life experiences. By attuning to group dynamics and the subtle signals that arise in the room, members develop greater self-awareness and learn to navigate both inner and interpersonal worlds with more clarity. Over time, the group becomes a place to let go of outdated roles, strengthen resilience, and step into a more grounded and authentic sense of self.

Couples_Therapy Imagery

Couples Therapy 

Relationships offer profound opportunities for growth; the moments of rupture that create pain can also open pathways to deeper honesty, intimacy, and connection. In this work, the focus is not on blaming each other but on understanding the relational system as a whole and how each person contributes to recurring patterns of disconnection. With a blend of honesty and compassion, couples learn to communicate openly, address destructive dynamics such as withdrawal, blame, or control, and build the capacity to stay present even in difficult conversations.

This approach also explores how family-of-origin histories shape the way partners show up with one another. Within the safety of a guided and structured process, couples develop relational mindfulness and mutual empathy, the skills needed to restore balance and trust. The aim is not only to resolve conflict but to cultivate a relationship grounded in care, accountability, and shared responsibility. By doing their work, couples begin to create a partnership that feels nourishing, passionate, supportive, and truthful. Relationships built for long-term connection.
